For Dinner and Brunch, you pay for your own food and drink at the venue.

You'll always see exactly what's included and any amount due before you confirm.

We operate across 12 cities throughout the UK and host all of our experiences at our fantastic partner venues.

• Dinner Club, Brunch & Drinks: We'll share the restaurant or bar details the day before the experience
• Other Experiences: You'll find venue details in your booking confirmation email right after purchase

There are two ways to book:

• Single Experience: £9.99 PLY fee, plus any activity cost
• PLY Membership: £19.99 a month, including your first activity ticket and unlimited PLY experiences

The PLY fee covers your personality-based matching, small-group curation and the organisation of the experience.

The activity cost is the cost of the activity itself, for example, a cinema ticket or cookery class.

With membership, we cover the activity ticket for your first experience. After that, you pay the activity cost where one applies, at the discounted member rate.

For Dinner and Brunch, there is no activity ticket. You pay for your own food and drink at the venue.

The £9.99 covers the PLY side of one experience:

• Personality-based matching
• A place in a carefully curated small group
• Venue and experience arrangements
• Updates and support before you attend

It does not include the cost of the activity itself, such as a cinema ticket.

For Dinner and Brunch, there is no activity cost to pay upfront. You simply pay for your own food and drink at the venue.

PLY Membership costs £19.99 a month and includes:

• Your first experience, including the activity ticket
• Unlimited PLY matching and curation across any city
• No additional £9.99 PLY fee when you book another experience
• Discounted member prices on additional activity tickets

For example, if your first experience is Film Club, your cinema ticket is included in the £19.99 membership price.

After your first experience, you only pay the activity cost where one applies. For Dinner and Brunch, you pay for your own food and drink at the venue.

Yes. When you join PLY for £19.99 a month, your first activity ticket is included, for example, your cinema ticket for Film Club.

For Dinner and Brunch, there is no activity ticket to include, so you pay for your own food and drink at the venue.

A small number of premium activities that cost more than the membership itself, such as Cookery School, may require an additional payment. This will always be clearly shown before you confirm.

Your first activity ticket is included when you join.

After your first experience, your membership continues to cover all PLY matching, curation and organisation fees. You only pay the activity cost where one applies, at the discounted member rate.

For Dinner and Brunch, you pay for your own food and drink at the venue.

We understand that plans can change. You can reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the experience. After that, the booking will be forfeited.

You're also free to cancel at any time, but please note that cancellations are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a future experience.

Yes. You can book individual experiences for £9.99 plus any activity cost, and join PLY whenever it makes sense for you.

Previous Single Experience payments cannot be credited towards membership. If you plan to attend more than one experience a month, membership will usually work out better value.

After attending three Single Experiences, you'll receive 50% off your first month of membership.
